This page explains the data behavior of Online Stopwatch, a Wearlivo tool, and its timer features.
What is stored on your device
The tools use browser local storage to save stopwatch sessions, lap records, countdown deadlines, routines, sound preferences, and custom display choices. The application does not send this session data to a server.
No account required
This website does not require an account. Fonts are served with the website, and the stopwatch application does not set its own tracking cookies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use, such as the pages people visit and how they arrive at the site. Google may process browser, device, and usage information according to its own privacy practices. This analytics service does not receive your stopwatch laps, saved routines, or local timer sessions because those records stay in your browser.
Control your session
Open Settings on any stopwatch and choose “Clear local data” to remove all saved tool sessions and preferences. Resetting the stopwatch removes the current session. Your browser’s site-data controls can also remove all local storage. Private browsing or storage restrictions may prevent recovery.
Custom setup links
Copying a custom stopwatch setup link includes your session title and appearance choices in the URL. Anyone with that link can read those settings. Lap records and timer history are not included. Avoid putting private information in a title you plan to share. The URL may also appear in browser history and website request logs.
Exports and shared devices
CSV downloads and copied results are created only when you request them. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them; clearing browser data does not remove those files. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to restore your session, so clear local data after using a shared device.
Website requests
Loading the website requires ordinary network requests. The hosting provider may process connection details such as your IP address and requested URLs to serve the website. This application does not control the hosting provider’s infrastructure logs.
